The battle is over. Red Bull Bomb The Line 2013 crowned the new king of the famous Baustelle of Berlin. Alec Majerus won the world’s only best-line-skate-contest at one of the best European streetspots with an incredible line. The formula of Red Bull “Bomb the Line” stays true to last year’s successful principle: Every skater has to clear the famous double-set, a kicker gap and the eight-stair with the rail at the end of the Baustelle in one single line.
6,000 spectators came out to celebrate skateboarding together with the 50 top skateboarders from all over the world for five hours. At the end, Alec Majerus, Manny Santiago and Youness Amrani stood on the winners’ podium while Mark Frölich as the best German starter made the sixth place.

Amsterdam was invaded last weekend by American and Euro skateboarders coming together to skate the 4 obstacles at the Vans Downtown Showdown. Luan, Penny, Ben and Louie represented Flip and did a damn good job giving the competition a run for their money! With a 1st place team victory, two obstacle wins and a 2nd and 3rd place obstacle win we walked away with smiles, cheese, bikes and a decent chunk of the 50,000 Euro prize purse.
