Arto has been spending the last twelve years fine tuning his skills on his skateboard in front of the camera, but as of late he has found himself on the other side of the glass. It’s tomorrow (Thursday) in Costa Mesa at The Lab (2930 Bristol St.) from 5-10pm.
Thrasher’s gonna have the whole collection of photos plus new artwork by Lance Mountain, Pat Ngoho, Salba, Hosoi, Cab and a musical performance by Ray Barbee. Should be sweet in an OC-type of way.
Besides being a pro skater, Arto is also an accomplished photographer. He picked up the art in the late 1990’s and has been doing it ever since.
