CCS Flip “Skatepark Crawl”
It all begins on Saturday, November 12th in Los Angeles. CCS is loading up the van with Arto Saari, Geoff Rowley, David Gonzalez, Ben Nordberg, Louie Lopez, and Oscar Meza and hitting Stoner Park in Los Angeles at 1PM. Then it’s on to the Westchester Skate Plaza in LA for a 3 o’clock shred fest.
There will be giveaways and a $100.00 CCS GIFT CARD winner takes all best trick contest, at each stop.
Ben Nordberg “12 Pack”
The Prince of Pinnacle and Bath, England’s most stylish export, Ben Nordberg, came to our park to crush a 12 Pack. It’s only right he wanted to apply his lip trickery to our rugged pool coping. He came out looking proper, but what’s new?
Skateboarder’s Sunset Rampage Contest
Last Thursday Skateboarder had their 2nd annual Sunset Rampage mini ramp jam at the Standard Hotel in Hollywood. Pre-contest warm up session kicked off at Arto’s pool and then moved to the poolside mini ramp with Langi, Nordberg, Curren, Louie and loads of homies. All the dudes ripped and with Arto on the mic, $5,000 prize money in cash, free food and booze for all the jam went quick!
